(1) Note:

1. Ensure that the sewage equipment is supplied with a stable power supply;

2. Ensure that the equipment distribution cabinet and the bracket surface are dry;

3. Ensure that the top of the integrated equipment does not bear heavy objects;

4. Precautions when stopping water intake: When the water stop time exceeds one week, the biofilm in the pool will be continuously eliminated when the above process is intermittently filled with oxygen, so nitrogen and phosphorus must be added to the pool. The nutrient source of potassium ratio can be maintained for one week for each dose, but it cannot be stopped.

(2) Daily maintenance and maintenance

1. Inspection of the fan lubrication system: Daily check whether the oil storage in the fuel tank is lower than * scribe line. If the oil is insufficient, please add oil. Daily check whether the oil is contaminated with moisture and other substances, such as deterioration, please change the oil in time; check the oil filter daily. Check the drip of the dripper regularly. If the dripper is dirty, remove the adjusting screw to clean it.

2. Check the air filter of the fan: Check whether the air filter is dirty. If it is dirty, remove the air filter, unscrew the nut, remove the cover, and clean the filter sponge. (Unloading the filter is to avoid dropping dirt into the fan mainframe)

3. Checking the V-belt: After the fan runs for a period of time, the V-belt will stretch. At this time, loosen the fixing bolt of the fan, move the motor, tighten the V-belt to the proper position, and then tighten the motor fixing bolt, and Note that the cross section of the motor pulley and fan pulley should be on the same plane. Also check if the top bolts of the two pulleys are loose. If it is loose, please hold it tight.

4. Check the parts for oil leakage and air leakage for daily inspection. If it cannot be repaired, please inform the manufacturer immediately.

5. Clean the fan room daily, keep it clean and well ventilated.
